*UPDATE 04/19/2019 This new feature is a global option that can be turned on for all the universities or all the colleges or both but cannot be easily brought up institution by institution. The Resource Sharing Standing Committee has discussed and tested this new functionality from Dec 2018 – April 2019 and has decided to implement it consortium wide. Starting in the summer all institutions will have prettier emails. After the implementation, if you notice any formatting problems with your emails please send in a help desk ticket.
The new option causes email to be sent with formatted HTML inside the body of the email instead of just plain text.
